**What are the card limitations?**

These  cards lack 3DS authorization and could experience problems at certain merchants with advanced transaction fraud screening. Certain merchants or payment providers may choose not to accept  prepaid virtual cards; this is beyond our control, and there is nothing we can do about it.

**Can I use the card for paying for subscriptions?**<br>

No. The card is not compatible for paying subscriptions such as Spotify or OpenAI.

**How many times can I use the card?**<br>

As many times as you want, as long as you still have funds in your card and it hasn't expired yet.

**Can I reload the card?**<br>

No, if your card has no remaining balance, you'll need to purchase a new one.

**The card does not work for me. Can I get a refund?**<br>

No, due to the fact that each card is individually generated for your use, we are unable to facilitate refunds for them.
